Heya crew,

few months ago, lady backed into my bike at the shops (i wasn't on it)
- she admitted her fault and gave me her details and her insurance
asked me to submit a quote which i did..

then they mail me saying they're not covering her in relation to the
incident! i've already sent her a friendly letter asking for the
damages money but she hasn't responded.

what do i do now?

bloody ppl that won't take responsibility for their mistakes REALLY
PISSES ME OFF.

assuming you have a insurance - you can submitt a claim throught your
insurance compnay, you wont be a fault.

you can complain to the insurance industry ombudman, why wont they cough up
tho - if they are trying to wheedle out of coveriung her and for good
measure you - make sure you bitch long and hard

last result - small claims tribunal - get some advice tho

What damage did the bitch do mate?

I was riding next to you a few weeks back coming back from Joondalup shops
(down shenton then along marmion). Was on the green ZX9R.
Not a bad looking Gixxer you have (couldnt actually see any damage to be
honest!?). Love the colour scheme on that model....

Wasnt at the Quinns shops was it? My bike was almost cleaned up there also
but the fucktard saw it at the last second....
